Sage International Schools began with a simple idea – parents and children needed a different option than the education they could find at other area schools. These parents wanted an international education, a rigorous learning environment, authentic teachers and a school that embraced innovation and change.
The Sage International School of Boise opened in 2010 with 211 students in grades K-5. Today, our Boise campus has grown to routinely enroll just over 1,000 students K-12 in all four International Baccalaureate (IB) programs. Sage-Boise is one of only three public schools in the United States to offer all four IB programs: the Primary Years Programme (K-5), Middle Years Programme (6-10), Diploma Programme (11-12), and Career Programme (11-12)
In 2019, the Sage International Network of Schools opened a second campus in Middleton, Idaho. Middleton is a lovely and lively community that is in the rapidly growing area of the western Treasure Valley of Idaho. By the start of the 25-26 school year, the Sage-Middleton campus had enrolled 500+ students in Grades K-12. It is authorized to offer the IB’s Primary Years Programme (K-5), Middle Years Programme (6-10), and the Diploma Programme (11-12).
We are Public Charter Schools
Sage International Schools are public charter schools. They are tuition-free schools of choice. We are the only public schools in southwestern Idaho offering the full continuum of International Baccalaureate programs free of cost for grades K-12. Your child can start here in Kindergarten and graduate from the same school, possibly with an IB Diploma in addition to an Idaho High School Diploma.
