Enrollment for the 2025-26 School Year

Our Enrollment Lottery for the 2025-26 school year was held on Thursday, March 13 at 10:00 am. Initial offers are being sent for the number of seats we have available for each grade. All other applicants have been placed on the waitlist, which we will continue to make offers from as they are available until March of 2026. If you missed our lottery application, you can still apply by completing the Enrollment and Waitlist Application. Depending on availability, you will either receive an enrollment offer or be placed on our waitlist. 

• Enrollment offers are sent by email from our Registrar as seats are available. Please monitor your junk/spam folder closely and add arin.jeffs@sageintl.org to your contacts to ensure emails reach your inbox.
• Once an applicant has been emailed an offer, they have 48 hours to reply and accept. We do not make phone calls. If we do not receive a reply by email after 48 hours, we assume it’s declined and move on to the next student on the list. 
• Once an enrollee replies to the offer email that they accept, our Registrar will send a New Student Online Enrollment (NSOE) form within 1-2 weeks to complete the student enrollment process.

 

Please keep in mind that the lottery is just the START of our enrollment season, and plans change for families throughout the summer and even during the school year! We encourage you to keep in touch, as we make offers to new students year-round. Due to sibling preference, you may see your students move down OR up the waitlist.
