Good Morning Wonderful Sage Staff,

It is that time of year where we need to complete our Mindset De-escalation Certifications. This is required by the State of Idaho and will be held on October 9th, 2026. Training will look similar to last year. If you completed the training last year, you are required to complete a two hour (2hr) recertification training. If you are new to Sage, or did not attend the training last year, you will need to complete the four hour (4hr) Initial Training. I am working on creating the session times and will get sign ups for those sent out shortly.
